Good bye Kenneth Keith Kallenbach, new tv shows

For anyone that watches or listens to Howard Stern, long time wack packer Kenneth Keith Kallenback has passed away in prison due to complications of Pneumonia. Kenneth used to blow smoke out of his eyes on Howard’s Channel 9 show a long time ago. He will be missed.
