Stupid stunts being stupid stunts...

But... last night I heard about 2 minutes of the Hideout... they were discussing a "challenge".  The loser would wear a diaper and sit on a swing at Mako's... and shit himself.

Is this actually a draw?  Will people actually go out to Mako's to see a grown man shit himself in a diaper?

If so... what does that say about out little town?

Apparently the Heretics are unaware that there's no cover charge at nursing homes.

isn't this a rebit?

I think either Howard or Btls has done it in the past.

I'm pretty sure Howard, but I can't remember.

Stern did it.

I know Babba Booey did it and took a shit in the diaper, I'm not sure if anyone else on the show did.

The hideout are good people.

I dig thier anti-CC comedy. They might dislike CC more than Drew... now that says something.

Down here in ZZR-Land, anti-CC is one of Dr. Rich's favorite bits.  His rant about ClearChannel's new one-second commercials was great.

The WTKS "Golly, We Are All One Happy CC Family And We Always Get Along" Policy was always ridiculous, as well as bad radio (IMHO).  The Hideout realizes they are not going to get the axe because they diss CC, they will get the axe because of bad ratings.  If dissing CC gets them better ratings, as long as there is no libel or slander, CC will let them be.

Playing it safe is only a good idea if mediocrity is the goal.

Look at people like Letterman, he bashes CBS consistantly when he gets the chance. Why should a company like CC care if one of their employee's says shit about them. As long as you said as long as there is no libel, can't so much say slander because isn't Slander anything said about another party in a negative light?

They try too hard. They don't realize how lucky they are to be on RealRadio.
They are looking a gift-horse in the mouth. It's different when Philips does anti-CC stuff. He's been number one for ten years. The Hideout is #18!
Nice bunch of guys, I met them at Slow & Low. They are cool dudes, they just have a really bad show.

You mean compared to your show it sucks? If you don't have one then maybe you should compare them to a music show.... oh wait then that wouldn't be the same thing. So you go ahead and tell us your knowledge of a good radio show. You all forget how jocks likes O&A and Howard Stern started. Now they are older they are known as originators and are very popular. If you look around The Hideout is the new generation. They will be around when O&A is gone, Howard is gone, and Ron and Fez are gone. You are looking at history here, no one just wants to admit to it.

You're just trying to give MrRadio, Glenn and Venus a run for their money for 'uber' fan of a show, right?
