My first grandchild came on stage tonight. She is a beautiful little blue-eyed thing with rosebud lips and long fingers which she wrapped around my husband's forefinger as if to say "You're my slave from now on, old man!" I cried from sheer joy. My big baby boy is now a Daddy, the sweet little girl that married him is now a mom. My son has been my heart since I got him 15 years ago. I've watched him turn into an admirable man and now, an admirable father and husband. What a gift. thanksferlistening  |
