eola
Here is another shot from Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. When I was taking these skyline shots I was thinking that I would convert them to B&W, but the color came out much more…hmm…I guess dramatic or dynamic, whatever…the color looks better than I figured it would.
I think there is a slight bit of keystoning* in this shot also. I guess it is actually kind of hard to avoid when photographing tall buildings.

*not parallax ;)

keystoning does make sense.
Does it show in the RAW files, or is it just a symptom of jpeg compression?
I’magowiki.

I meant it makes sense as in the term belies the problem. Like a bridge arc, one piece starts the image, all others are built from that piece, relative yet supporting… Weird.

Now I am more confused. It just has to do with the trapezoidal shape a projected image will have.
No, dude. That f-ing building is sinking. WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE!

Keystoning is about perspective. Same concept as a vanishing point, but in a vertical way. In other words if you have a tall enough building it will eventually vanish…or something.
